Here is a simple calculation below so that you can tell your customers how much you pay.

  1. Suppose that you have a US client who has to give you $ 100.
  2. You make up 6% of this whole amount. As it is here, 6% of $ 100 is $ 6
  3. Ask your client to pay $ 100 + $ 6 = $ 106.
  4. Of this, 5% of $ 106 i.e. will be deducted at $ 5.3.
  5. The amount you get after afterdraw will be: $ 106 - $ 5.3 = $ 100.7

Important information:

The calculation given above is correct only when your amount is less than $ 400- $ 500. Why?

Understand the following examples:

If your client owes you $ 500, you will have to ask 6% of that 500 dollars, that is, $ 30 to $ 530.

So in such a case, it would be great if the client let you direct online Wire transfer for which the bank will charge you only $ 20.

In such case, there are two benefits to wire transfer:

  1. $ 10 of your client will be saved.
  2. You will receive money on a good exchange rate.
